TOPR's first song in seven years, "I Shouldn't Have Left You," is testament to the fact: the scene may have changed and softened and perhaps become a tad less tangible, but TOPR certainly has not. Once again he's teamed with the Mission District's DJ Quest, who's the only DJ I've ever seen party-goers spontaneously shower with a blizzard of legal tender, because what he was doing was just too other-worldly to not pay extra for. And guess what? It was in the middle of a TOPR set. Rellish the new jam.
